KLP Maman
Maman Cargo & Security, a member of the Maman Group, has announced the establishment of a new subsidiary in cooperation with KLP Global. The new subsidiary, KLP Maman, specializes in the provision of consultation and planning services, and the implementation of solutions in the fields of security and loss prevention in Israel and abroad. The new company is equally owned by Maman Cargo & Security and KLP Global.

Archive 2000 Group
The Archive 2000 Group, which is part of the Maman Group, and owns the industry-leading Archive 2000 companies, Archive 2000 Ltd., and Jerusalem Archive 2000 Ltd., has signed an acquisition agreement for an operations complex for Jerusalem Archive 2000 Ltd. The complex, located in the Mishor Adumim Industrial Zone, covers an area of 16,000 m², and includes 2 existing structures, as well as grounds for construction of a new facility. The company intends to expand its activities in the Mishor Adumim complex, and intends to build an additional structure covering some 4,500 m², which would be able to contain over 600,000 Archive 2000 storage boxes. |

Logisticare
Logisticare’s board of directors has approved the construction of two new logistics centers. One center will be constructed in Lod and will cover 10,000 m², while the other center will be built in Eilat and will feature a cooling chamber covering 3,500 m². |
